摘要
The honeycomblike nickel oxide was synthesized by the solvothermal method with N, Ndimethylformamide (DMF) as both solvent and precipitant in reaction. The effect of synthetic conditions on the morphology and electrochemical properties of NiO were investigated. The microstructure and electrochemical proper-ties of NiO powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The results showed that the NiO obtained after calcination at 300 degrees C exhibited good capacitive behavior. The specific capacitance of the material as a single electrode was up to 460 F center dot g(-1).
