摘要
A wide-band mixer with high linearity and insensitive to process and temperature variations, intended for used in WCDMA and CDMA2000 receivers, is implemented in 90nm digital CMOS process. The measurement data consistently show greater than 7dBm of IIP3 and 52dBm of IIP2 in both low and high frequency bands. In the low frequency band the variation of IIP3 and IIP2 over the temperature range from -20C to 80C is only 0.2 dB and 2.2dB respectively. The whole mixer for I/Q including LO divider and LO buffer consumes less than 8mA in low band and 13mA in high bands.
