摘要：
Public policies on pain relief were gradually formed in the course of the 90s in France. Numerous circulars, laws, and national plans have stated how health facilities and health professionals take care of pain relief. But the evaluation of these policies and the real impact in the population are difficult to estimate in the absence of an appropriate methodology of evaluation and the implementation of a periodic collect data system linked to the policy objectives.
