摘要：
History of photochemical air pollution in Istanbul is not long. In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in Istanbul increased at a very fast rate. As a consequence, air quality problems in this city shifted from conventional pollutants to the secondary pollutants such as O-3. In this study we present the recent both chemical and meteorological data for a typical summer month in Istanbul. The purpose of this analysis is to examine the variations in ozone-conducive meteorological conditions in the urban atmosphere of Istanbul.
