摘要
The notion of justice is being implemented at both the reflection of geographers in France, the United States and Latin America, to think the city as a result of work of the American and European geography of the 70 conceptual framework relevant to analyze the differentiation between the territories and the role of the state, just as the level of public policy as a tool for planning the city and justify political actions. Thanks to contributions from a study of Metrocable a draft transport and urban renewal in neighborhoods of Medellin, Colombia, we intend to reflect on the difference to be made between use as critical conceptual framework and an instrument or policy justification public. Putting the facts and the speeches at the center of our analysis, we aim to differentiate the terms "justice" and "integration" or "inclusion" as arguments to the city and thinking about the city.
