摘要
NOx emissions produced by coal-fired boilers are one of sources of environmental pollution. Now, in China, more than 70% boilers are coal-fired boilers. Without effective measures, the NOx emission will be increased rapidly by so large numbers of coal's burnings. The main ways to control NOx emissions are: control of NOx formation and deoxidization of formed NOx. The low-NOx technologies currently adopted are: lean-oxygen combustion, staged-air combustion, fuel reburning, fuel gas recycle, etc. Staged air combustion technology is one of effective methods. This paper introduces the mechanism of reducing NOx emission with staged-air combustion technology. Through testing on one power plant, this paper studies the effects of air-distributed ways and excess air coefficient in the primary zone on the NOx emission.
