摘要
In the background of global environmental crisis, the problems associated with energy conservation and emission reduction has become an important and interesting topic in environmental science and technology. Urban traffic has its own importance on air pollution and should never be ignored as one of the most important carbon emission sources. In this paper; the concept of low-carbon traffic is presented by analyzing energy consumption of urban traffic and its composition, the related planning strategies are proposed from a new angle of view through analyzing urban spatial structure, urban density, land-use, traffic pattern and so on, including creating imp consumption urban spatial structure, establishing interactive mechanism between low-carbon traffic and land-use, developing low-carbon traffic unit, and building low-carbon traffic system. These strategies will contribute to the development of low-carbon traffic in planning level and fundamentally reduce urban traffic carbon emission.
