摘要
Hospitals are frequently the main workplace in small or medium towns. Thus, the board of directors, who feel as employer monopolists, often commit many work irregularities. The authors explains the role of staff in hospital management by analyzing his own researches which focus on the cult phenomena. The main aim of the researches was to reveal autocratic harassment of hospital workers in particular wards. The researches were carried out in three categories such as: job devotion, charismatic leadership, separation from reality, and they helped to reveal new factors which prove that corporation cult exists. The new factors were named as follows: non-financial job motivation, a strong position of the boss as the factor which determines worker's loyalty.
