Dynamic safety evaluation of human-machine-environment system

摘要
The traditional safety evaluation is often static and only the safety level of the whole system is assessed. This makes safety control ineffective. As a complex and dynamic system, it is important to be evaluated with dynamic analysis. Firstly, the model of the human-machine-environment system is analyzed and modified, and the defects of management system are taken into account. Secondly, the principles and ideas of dynamic safety evaluation are given. Finally, danger value of the whole system is discussed.
