Accounting Outsourcing and Ecommerce Expansion

What are recent trends of finance and accounting outsourcing (FAO) development and how does it influence ecommerce expansion? With this aim, this paper firstly analyses key features of FAO current market and technology pattern, based on several research entities' global survey data. Then this paper discusses obstacles hindering ecommerce's further development and ways by which FAO supplies can help ecommerce merchants overcome such obstacles. We conclude that, on one hand, FAO industry is experiencing strong growth with trends of growing scale and competition, intensified services and integrated tech-solution, on the other hand, ecommerce is facing some bottlenecks such as processing ability "ceiling" in its way to pursue expansion. FAO should be used as a strategy to overcome these bottlenecks because of FAO supplies' strong IT tech advantages, cost arbitrages and financial expertise.
