摘要：

How to protect water resources is an important problem been confronted with by society nowadays. That protection of water resources adopted by our country at present is charge policy. Within market economy society, the economic means is to ensure that natural resources effective the optimum means making use of, but the tax inherence is better than having decided it charge, analysis and investigation and discussion being in progress to the policy promoting our country water resources protection, extract the main body of a book from the angle that the tax revenue learns structuring the tax policy system taking water pollution tax as the main body to promote water resources protection other in order relevance policy in categories of taxes supplementing.
