Multimedia Recommendation Services based on Social Context Awareness in Mobile Networks

摘要
This study develops a mobile service on recommending users for multimedia sharing in social networks, which service is accomplished by semantics of user behavior, online multimedia items with metadata, as also three extraction mechanisms of enriching term's semantics. Developing different types of terms enriches multimedia semantics as also measures the similarity of any two multimedia items. Semantics of user behavior patterns and enriched terms are applied to the recommendation service by weight-based degrees. A prototype for such a mobile service for multimedia recommendation is implemented to verify the feasibility of the system process.
