摘要：

The core of reverse logistics is resource cycling of waste materials, which is significant for environmental protection and sustainable development. This paper analyzes the production status of the paper packaging materials and the environmental pollution, and argued the strategies of the issue of packaging waste recycling. Only established science reverse logistics system of packaging waste, the cyclic economy of resources- products- waste materials- renewable resources can be realized.
