摘要：

This article presents a morphological approach for the pre-printed information extraction of the brazilian bank checks not filled. The main goal of this work is to show the robustness of the proposed method as shown by the great amount of existent bank checks, and also that complex forms like brazilian bank checks can be segmented without previous knowledge of the background.
