摘要
The design of mobile agent systems architecture requires several system-level issues, such as the provision of agent mobility, coordination, performance, portability, scalability, and security capabilities. Agent programming requires appropriate programming systems that make programming easy and productive, and runtime systems that provide some fundamental primitive mechanisms for the creation, migration, communication and management of agents. We suggest a lightweight, task oriented mobile agent system architecture named TaskAgent system. TaskAgent system supports the design issues and satisfies the programming requirements discussed in this paper. We focus on the architecture of the agent server and the programming environment that enable users to program agent-based applications with ease.
