摘要
Die optimale Atemunterstutzung fur Patienten mit einem akuten Lungenversagen wird kontrovers diskutiert. Die Reduzierung induzierter pulmonaler Schadigungen und invasiver Beatmungen sind das Ziel. Alternativ zur nichtinvasiven Maskenbeatmung stehen die High-Flow-Insufflation uber eine Nasenkanule und die Helmbeatmung zur Verfugung. In Abhangigkeit vom Ausgangsbefund ergab die Studie Vorteile fur den Helm.
