Research on the Forest Therapy of Pre-experiment in Beijing Xishan National Forest Park

摘要
The pre-experiment of forest therapy activity in Beijing Xishan National Forest Park is carried out, which could evaluate forest therapy by empirical method, give reference to the experimental research of forest therapy, and offer help to the construction of the forest therapist environment. Quantitative research is done about the pre-experiment of forest therapist activity in Beijing Xishan national forest park, which use the evaluating indicators include both psychological indicator (POMS) and physiological indicator (blood pressure and heart rate). The quantitative research in Beijing Xishan national forest park shows that in the POMS scores, emotional disorder total score (TMD) decreased; there were difference between male (M) and female (F), that the M's score of negative emotions and TMD were higher than F's and positive lower than F's; In the sub-scales, the scores of tension, anger, fatigue, depression, panic were declined, energy was increased, and self-esteem-related emotions were flat; Blood pressure, heart rate has no significant change.
