THE TEACHING OF LITERATURE IN FOCUS: THE POETIC TEXT IN THE CLASSROOM

摘要
This article discusses the study of the poetic text in the classroom, presenting a didactic sequence, composed of four steps: motivation, introduction, reading and interpretation. The aim is to guide teachers to work with this literary genre in the school environment, especially in the final grades of elementary school, based on texts selected from the children's work by Sergio Capparelli (2009), Poemas para jovens inquietos. The development of this research is based on the theoretical assumptions of Rildo Cosson (2009); Aguiar (2000) and Corsi (2015). At the end, it is understood the alternatives for an attractive and motivating work with poems in school, in addition to the possibilities of extending and restructuring the proposal presented here for the study of other literary texts.
