摘要：
This paper describes the development and implementation of the process to benchmark decommissioning projects on the BNFL Sellafield site. The measures selected to monitor and improve performance are described. Examples of inter-project comparison are given to illustrate the approach to identification and sharing of best practice. Some of the difficulties encountered, and likely future developments, are outlined.
