摘要
This study presents the findings of a multi-centre outpatients' record of eases on the analysis of the epidemiology of headache of the developing age (coordinated by the Inter-University Centre for the Study of Headache and Neurotransmitter Disorders of the Nervous System of Perugia, Rome, Sassari and Bari in concert with several other italian Centres) in relation to the treatments used for the various diagnosed forms in accordance with the IHS 1988 criteria (headache and tension headache), both with regard to acute attacks and to prophylactic treatment. The most widely used drugs in severe attacks are paracetamol and ASA both with headache and with tension headache. The most widely used drug in prophylaxis is triptophan (TRP) with both forms.
