The Study of User Satisfaction with Campus Portal

This paper investigates the degrees of End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) of campus portals based on the improved Doll's EUCS model. The investigation focuses on the following five factors: Content, Format, Accuracy, Customer-friendliness and User's kills. The results are achieved by using Exploratory Factor Analysis and it is verified by applying Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The improved model is better on describing the composition of EUCS. The study find that content and format are the two most important factors to determine the degree of EUCS thus they should be on the top of administrator's agenda.
