摘要
Susceptibility and specific heat measurements performed on CeRu(2)(Si(1-x)Ge(x))(2) polycrystals and on one single crystal (x = 0.1) are reported together with resistivity, measured on crystallites removed from these samples For x less than or equal to 0.6, one antiferromagnetic (AF) transition is observed, while for x = 0.8, two transitions occur. The lowest in temperature is ferromagnetic, similar to that in pure CeRu(2)Ge(2), while the higher-T transition seems to be antiferromagnetic. Other features of the data are discussed in connection with the sample qualities. The need for more studies on single crystals is emphasized.
