Sol-gel antireflective(AR) and moisture-resistant coatings with high laser damage thresholds

摘要
The sol-gel porous silica antireflective and organic modified silica moisture-resistant coatings were studied and developed for high laser systems. The stability of viscosity of silica colloidal suspension was researched. The reflection of coated glasses and the coated potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) harmonic converter crystals were decreased to about 0.5% and 0.5%∼ 1.5% respectively.
