摘要
Implementation of electric vehicle might bring considerable changes for society in terms of not only the technological advancement which we make use of personal transportation, but also changing our economies away from fossil fuels. However extensive usage of electric vehicles possibly will lead to severe impact on current existing distribution system. Moreover the real-time charging of numerous amounts of electric chargeable vehicles will cause extreme voltage fall and heavy loading in electrical components of distribution network. This paper deals with how the optimal charging and allocation OCA problem for each vehicle in distribution system with the aim of maximizing the total electrical power that be able to be distributed to the vehicles at the same time as operating within network limits. In this paper proposes a technique based on self-adaptive differential evolution algorithm is employed to estimate OCA. To validate the expected work is tested with standard IEEE test system of LV residential distribution feeder in suburban areas in two test cases of plug-in electrical vehicles (PEV). In case 1 deals with 5 PEVs and case 2 with 67 PEVs respectively. Results show that the optimal charging rate in a considered individual vehicle has been fruitfully allotted on considered electrical distribution networks.
