摘要
Fault diagnosis is an important means to ensure the effective operation of the system or equipment. At present, in the field of military industry, large system or equipment design units and maintenance units are separated. Due to the lack of knowledge of design principle and process flow, the maintenance unit cannot accurately locate the fault and can only replace the whole module. At the same time, due to the lack of information about the fault points and frequency of the products, the design unit cannot well control the design and improvement of new products, resulting in repeated mistakes in the design process. An intelligent fault diagnosis and remote support system based on the combination of design unit and maintenance unit is proposed. After the establishment of this system in a aerospace design unit and a missile overhaul plant, the fault diagnosis positioning accuracy is greatly improved, diagnosis efficiency is improved, and maintenance cost is reduced. At the same time, a lot of valuable diagnostic data is provided for missile design unit, and the missile design capability is improved.
