CCD matched filter in spread spectrum communication

摘要
We study the feasibility of charge coupled device (CCD) matched filter based on AlGaAs/GaAs high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) technology in the spread spectrum (SS) communication system. In this paper, we present that CCD matched filter can work in the IF stage including the carrier, and the power consumption is estimated to be approximately 40mW in case that code type is the 11-chip Barker code, and chip rate is 11Mcps. This CCD matched filter is suitable for the application such as PN code is short and fixed, for example, IEEE802.11 standard.
