摘要
In this paper, we study the relativistic quantum dynamics of spin-1/2 particles interact with electromagnetic potentials in three-dimensional space-time. We solve the Dirac oscillator including the Aharonov-Bohm potential in (1+2)-dimensional rotational symmetry airses metric (Gurses, 1994), and analyze the Aharonov-Bohm effect on the energy eigenvalues.
