摘要：

According to the characteristics of high-rise structural fire, the paper proposed the comprehensive system design to attain the goal of safe evacuation, based on analysis of the causes and the danger of fire that take place in high-rise buildings. It mainly discussed the division of fire zone, the reasonable design of safety access, the control of evacuation distance, the reasonable design of the evacuation route, as well as the reasonable design of the refuge floor.
