3D Printer Power Optimization Method Based on ANFIS-PID Control

摘要
Many difficulties are in 3D printing temperature control system, including large inertia, large hysteresis, multi-interference, strong coupling, and establishing mathematical models. A 3D printer power optimization method based on adaptive neural fuzzy inference system-PID (ANFIS-PID) is proposed in the paper. Laser spot center temperature is collected by infrared sensors. Combine ANFIS with PID control. Laser center point temperature is optimized by controlling laser power. In this paper, the feasibility of ANFIS-PID control can be verified by simulation. Both control accuracy and anti-interference ability are improved.
