摘要：
Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease affecting about 10% to 20% of the general population. Disturbances in lipid metabolism contribute to defective lipid lamellae of the stratum corneum. The relationship of the metabolic syndrome and atopic dermatitis, on the contrary, remains unclear, because there are contradictory results from various trials. (C) 2018 Elsevier Inc.
