CONDITIONS OF TEACHING ICT AT THE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN LIBEREC

The used of ICT at primary schools is often studied topic. Any institutions have not interested in the question whether the good facilities indicate quality education. Although the EU considers the ICT (technology and computer literacy) as an indicator of quality education, the indicators of evaluating the level of education are not defined. The exploration of the conditions of teaching ICT is realized in pre-phase of the research at schools in Liberec. The article describes results of this exploration. Three schools with different levels of conditions will be selected for next comparative analysis of school ICT curriculums.
