摘要：

This article links to the university reality, Introduced the "three vertical four horizontal" practice teaching system. Simultaneously also made a simple introduction on the practice teaching system's operational mechanism as well as its practical research. This practice teaching system provided the powerful safeguard for raising university student which had the innovative spirit and the practical ability to adapting social development.
