摘要：

Construction is a comprehensive systems engineering, the quality affects the development of the national economic construction and people's lives directly, the functions and supervision departments and building of construction enterprises should be determined according to the law. From the sight of management, improving internal management and project quality awareness, compliance with industry regulations, strengthen the construction management would promote the healthy development of the construction industry effectively.
