摘要：
The primary objective of this research is to design the structure of a new business plan for the ventures of the actors of popular and solidarity economy in the province of Los Rios. The descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods were used, which allowed gathering the necessary information from the 24 entrepreneurs of the Young Impulse project led by the Youth Technical Secretariat who constituted the population subject to analysis in this research.
