Research on Constructing Mode and Strategy of "The Belt and Road Initiative" under the Background of Big Data

China is putting big data strategy into effect now. Data and information are not only the core resources, but also the important production elements for the development of "The Belt and Road Initiative". It is of great significance for strategic decision-making of "The Belt and Road Initiative" and "Going out" of service enterprises, all the way to strengthen the information and data collection, storage, analysis and mining within "The Belt and Road Initiative" countries. This paper has carried out the classification research of "The Belt and Road Initiative" current situation and patterns under the background of big data. It put forwards three kinds of cooperation methods (Information service, Deep cooperation and Decision support), and points out that the countries participating in "The Belt and Road Initiative" have a certain degree of digital development foundation, but the overall level remains to be improved. At the same time, this paper discusses the challenges that "The Belt and Road Initiative" are now facing and proposes the corresponding countermeasures, making big data an important engine for "The Belt and Road Initiative".
