摘要
Faced with an increasingly competitive environment,tacit knowledge management is an effective strategy means in their personal knowledge into organizational knowledge, to achieve maximumvalue as the center of knowledge and cultivate core competencies, create competitive advantage.On this paper analyzed a number of tacit knowledge management methods and describes their tacit knowledge management process in the restaurant industry.
