摘要：
Laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection for clinical stage I and stage II testicular cancers after chemotherapy is a difficult procedure. Sufficient data have now been collected to show that this technique is superior to its open surgical counterpart in terms of surgical efficiency, morbidity, and costs, whereas the therapeutic efficacy is equal.
