摘要：
Two horses were presented for examination of masses projecting from the rostral aspect of the oral cavity. In both cases tumor removal was indicated and excision was undertaken via circumferential osteotomy. Both horses responded favorably to treatment and returned to normal function. Osteotomy should be considered the treatment of choice for oral osteoma in most cases.
