摘要
The paper presents a 3D nonlinear FEM model for the FLUXSET sensor, designed to be used as a magnetic field measurement device in an Eddy Current Nondestructive Testing: System. The mathematical model is based on transient quasi-steady-state field equations. The computation was made using MEGA Software Package. A careful analysis of the influence of the finite elements mesh on numerical results has been carried out in order to choose the best numerical model. The numerical analysis made in the unsaturated (linear) case allowed us to compute the values of also three characteristic parameters (M, k, tau). Results of sensitivity analysis for this case are presented. The nonlinear characteristic of the sensor was computed. In order to validate the proposed model, the numerical results were compared with experimental ones.
