摘要
The article shows that applying our knowledge of the phenomena and mechanisms governing the lives of individuals and groups may be useful in explaining the phenomena and mechanisms arising in the realm of the functioning of an organization. The chief goal this article is to demonstrate that by applying the concept of personality, managers gain the possibility of running organizations more effectively. Approaching an organization using categories of personality should enable management to fully exploit the organization's social potential, but most of all to cope with the diverse crises arising in an organization, particularly those connected with change. The author discusses the concept of organizational personality and presents an analysis of case-study evidence.
