摘要
BiVO4 nanorods are synthesized by using V2O5 nanorods as growth template and vanadium source. The outward diffusion of V2O5 nanorods and ion-exchange reaction between V2O5 and Bi(NO3)(3) guarantee the fabrication of uniform BiVO4 nanorods. The morphology, crystal phase, and chemical states of samples are characterized. The result indicates that the V2O5 nanorods have a critical effect on the preparation of BiVO4 nanorods.
