Ally

An ally is someone who combines their efforts or a resource for mutual benefit-a good description of fungi. They are the scaffold that binds together the forest. I want my paintings to open your eyes to the world of a collective sensibility, the understanding of the mycelium that we may not see but know is there, lacing it all together, playing their reciprocal part in forming a whole. It's all hidden in plain sight, a vision of pattern and connection, the exquisite detail of often unnoticed life.
