The agile design mode and application based on component classification management

摘要
Based on the characteristics of VPD (virtual product development), this paper aims to implement the collaborative design (CD) of AE (Agile Enterprises) and researches the component classification management technology of multiple enterprises. The relation between enterprise levels and information structure was discussed. Then, the component classification model and component coding model based on Group Technology (GT) were established. Based on building of sharing information, a kind of enterprise agile design mode (ADM) was proposed. Moreover. based on a developed agile design support system based web (Web-ADSS), a collaborative development environment oriented developers, collaborators and suppliers is founded. This could implement fast purchase of standard parts and fast design for make parts. Final, some application cases are presented.
