摘要：

Based on synergetic theory, a synergy between college career education and ideological and political education can further deepen the practical effect of college life education, expand the new carrier of career education, innovate the ideological and political education mode and solve the problems in ideological and political education, so as to put the ideological and political education throughout the whole process of education and teaching and achieve college students' healthy growth and free comprehensive development. With the synergistic effect of the subsystems, it is a realistic way to construct the full participation of the teachers and promote the innovation and integration of the educational methods.
