摘要：
In this paper, we research on the credit based college student competition management system with the assistance of the resultant appraisement model. Competition subject is to cultivate and improve college students as the important carrier of the students' innovative ability and practical ability, has the regular teaching and special function of innovation education, optimizing the talent training process and improve the quality of the education has its irreplaceable role. According to the characteristics of the discipline competition as well as to the role of the innovative talent training from the perfect organization, to set up the incentive mechanism, perfect the hardware construction, to establish innovation bases, strengthen team construction, pay attention to echelon training, establish linkage mechanism and deepen teaching reform to promote innovative talent cultivation. Our research provides the novel paradigm for the education pattern which is meaningful.
