摘要：
The economy development of low-carbon is an inevitable trend of economic and social development in China, in realizing the city from a high carbon model to the changing pattern of low-carbon city; it has become the realistic choice of urban sustainable development. The development of low-carbon city is a low-carbon economy in China; it means that it is the only way to build a low carbon society. For Tianjin city, it needs to strengthen the government planning and guidance, optimize the industrial structure, improve in the energy structure, strengthen the propaganda and promote low carbon lifestyle for building a low carbon city.
