摘要
Land consolidation has played an important role in improving land utilization rate, ecological environment and the sustainable utilization of land resources. It has significant function to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of land consolidation scientifically, reasonably and effectively. This article discusses the definition and function of land consolidation and the significance of comprehensive benefit evaluation. ANP method is introduced in comprehensive benefit evaluation. Combined with the selection principle of evaluation indices, the evaluation index system was obtained, based on which, we established the evaluation model. Using the ANP method, a wealth of uncertain, fuzzy and random factors involved in evaluation process as well as interaction of the factors can be analyzed and treated reasonably. The instance analysis of Gaoyan Mountain land consolidation project proves the correctness of the model and the practicality of the ANP method, which has significant reference value for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of land consolidation project in the arid areas of northwest China.
