The effect of chlorine-induced fissures on the tensile properties of Zr-2.5wt% Nb

摘要
The tensile properties of both double- and quadruple-arc-meted Zr-2.5 Nb tube materials from 20 to 250°C were measured. In this temperature range, it was found that the tensile strengths are the same for the two materials, but the ductilities are higher for the quadrupole-arc-melted Zr-2.5 Nb. For both materials, the ductilities increased with temperature from 20 to 150°C, but remained the same for 150-250°C.
