摘要
The influence of reactive time, temperature and reactants ratio on the yield of Ag/ZnO nano-composite antimicrobial was studied by the orthotropic experimentation. The optimum process conditions obtained high yield Ag/ZnO nano-composite antimicrobial were as fellow: reaction temperature is 10 similar to 25 degrees C, the mol ratio of ZnSO4 to NH4HCO3 1:2 similar to 2.5, the reaction time of ZnSO4 and NH4HCO3 2.5 similar to 3 h, the mol ratio of AgNO3 to NH4HCO3 1:1.5 similar to 2, the reaction time of AgNO3 and NH4HCO3 0.5 h, and the average yield above 98%. The results of XRD, TEM and SAED shows that the products were composed by hexagonal wurtzite ZnO nanocrystals and cube Ag nanocrystals, the average particle size is about 15 similar to 25 nm, and the nanoparticles are well dispersed.
