Creative thinking development for learning activity management of secondary school teachers

摘要
Purpose: The Objectives of this research were : (1) to study the factors of creativity in learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers. (2) to construct the creativity in learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers and (3) to study the efficiency in using the creativity development program in learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers. Design/methodology/approach - The research titled "Creative Thinking Development for Learning Activity Management of Secondary School Teachers," by using the Research & Development consisted of 3 phases as follows: Phase 1; the study of factors the factors of creativity for learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers, Phase 2; the construction of creativity for learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers, and 3) the study the efficiency in using the creativity development program in learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers. The studied area was Wangluang-pittayasan School, Nongkai Province, under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 21. There were 2 kinds of research instrument including: 1) the instrument using for research including the constructed Program developing creativity for learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers, and 2) the instrument using for data collection including the Knowledge and Comprehension Inventory of creative learning activity management, the Skill Inventory of creative learning activity management, Inventory of Attitude towards creative learning activity management, and the Inventory of Satisfaction on creativity development program in learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers. The statistic using in this study included the (x) over bar, S. D., and t-test. Originality / Value- 1. The findings of study in factors of creativity in learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers, found that there was congruent in teachers and experts' opinion on factors of creativity for learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers including the teachers creatively organized the activities by using instructional innovation most ((x) over bar = 4.80, S.D.=0.42). The second order, the teachers creatively organized activities by the students' participation ((x) over bar = 4.70, S.D.=0.48), the teachers creatively organized activities by considering the individual differences ((x) over bar = 4.60, S. D.= 0.52), and the teachers creatively organized activities by stimulating and reinforcing the students ((x) over bar = 4.50, S. D.=0.53) respectively. 2. There were 5 steps of construction for creative thinking development program in learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers, constructed by the researcher including: 1) the Preparation including Program 1 : A survey of existing experience consisted of 4 activities, Program 2 : Planning in participation consisted of 4 activities, 2) the Incubation including Program 3 : the Enhancement of knowledge and understanding for conception consisted of 4 activities, 3) the Insight including Program 4 : the Application consisted of 2 activities, and Program 5 : the Implementation of the Plan consisted of 2 activities, 4) the Verification including Program 6 : the Supervision and evaluation consisted of 4 activities, and 5) the promotion of Strength including Program 7 : the Feedback and reinforcement consisted of 3 activities including Program 8 : the Holding a seminar for enhancing strength consisted of 3 activities. 3. The effectiveness of usage in creative thinking development program in learning activity management of Secondary School Teachers, found that:
